Get to know the studio and the Ashtanga Yoga practice

For one week you can try and get a taste how we teach and practice at our Yoga Studio. The card is good for one week and costs 30 Euro. Which classes we have: Ashtanga led class, Ashtanga Mysore style classes, Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga. There is also a possibility and plenty of time after each class to talk with the teachers.
