Lucky are those who can give all their emotions space – Laughing, crying, anger, rage. Create a healthy space for them and let them be, let them go, do not be afraid to show them all.
Suppressed emotions will cause blocks in your body. Blocks mostly create a feeling of separation. This feeling of separation causes again a deep sadness.
Suppressed emotions lead in a downward spiral.
People who can live their emotions get more power and energy after they had their emotional discharge. Maybe other people will call you an impulsive person – but for sure you are a more healthy one.
